Columnar ground improvement method

It is possible to carry out construction even in narrow spaces by using small machines that are vibration-free and noise-free.

This technology involves pumping a milk-like cement-based solidifying material (slurry) into the ground while excavating, mixing, and stirring with an excavator equipped with mixing blades to create a strong columnar improvement body. Using small machines that operate without vibration or noise allows for construction even in narrow sites. Additionally, it can be applied in areas with high groundwater levels or highly collapsible ground. Surface ground improvement method

The depth of improvement is about 2 meters from the ground surface! It is mainly used in ground conditions where the soft layer is thin.

This technology involves spraying cement-based solidifying materials onto soft soil, mixing and stirring it with the original ground soil, and utilizing the hydration hardening reaction of the improvement agent to stabilize the soil. When large vehicles run directly on soft ground, their tires quickly sink, making it impossible to move. However, by laying down steel plates or gravel, they can move freely. Similarly, by creating a hard artificial layer on the surface of soft ground, surface ground improvement supports buildings.
